Having worked extensively with and sold many X Balancer rotor balancing instruments, Engineering Dynamics is proud to announce the portable X Balancer+ (XB+) which is a significant upgrade on its predecessor.

Like the original, The XB+ is designed for all rotating machines, including pumps, fans, mills, mowers, stirrers, blowers, etc. It can be used for balancing in accordance with international ISO Standards and can perform balancing in one or two planes.

The importance of having a flat base or foundation for large rotating machines cannot be overstated. A flat base ensures that the machine is properly supported and aligned, which reduces stress and vibration, and prolongs the machine’s life. A distorted base can cause the machine housing to distort, which can lead to premature wear and tear, increased energy consumption, and reduced performance ultimately leading to machine failure.
