SHAFT ALIGNMENT TRAINING

Engineering Dynamics is a leading Shaft Alignment Training Company worldwide. Our 4 day Competency Certificate Course is aligned with the ANSI standard for Shaft Alignment. Our Laser Alignment Training will teach you hands-on skills that will ensure that you are ready to align machines when back at your company or next time you visit your client. We have structured our training material and practicals to allow everyone maximum time on the training rigs and with our Easy-Laser Range of Instruments.

As an individual you can join our public courses – see dates below – in Pretoria at our Laser Training Center. If you are a larger group, we can present the training onsite with our portable rigs – anywhere in Africa.

Shaft Alignment Training is done on a real world pump set as well as simulators. We simulate many of the real plant conditions with our simulators like soft foot, shaft run-out, base flatness and pipe strain. A Competency Certificate using our Easy-Lasers is issued after aligning the equipment sucessfully to the set tolerances as found in industry and passing a written exam. If you already have an Easy-Laser system or in the process of getting your own, then you are welcome on our courses.
