1. Where does the Easy-Laser XT550 fit in the range of Easy-Laser alignment systems?

The Easy-Laser XT550 is the EX Rated Shaft Alignment tool with has the same features and functions as the mid-range XT660. It comes standard with an EX rated rugged Tablet.

Its EX classification – ATEX Zone 1 or EX II 2 G Ex ib op is IIC T4 Gb, -10degC < Ta < +50degC.  This dual dot laser system allows for greater accuracy over all distances, >10m, and it has advanced measurement methods like Continuous Sweep, Uncoupled Sweep, Multipoint and more.

Price is R423,381 ex VAT, 6-8 weeks delivery.

Yes, the software is pre-installed on the ATEX rated supplied Tablet.

No Vibration probe or Belt Alignment tool can be used with the XT550 since these devices are not certified for EX areas.

Yes, Engineering Dynamics is an accredited Easy-Laser Service Center. All systems to be calibrated every 12 months, very short 48 Hours turnaround at a cost of R15,500.00 ex VAT per unit.

Yes. We offer instrument training and the unique Competency Based 4-day training course, aligned to the ANSI/ASA S2.75-2017/Part 1 standard monthly at our Pretoria training center.
