Engineering Dynamics Unveils The Phenomenal New X Balancer+

Having worked extensively with and sold many X Balancer rotor balancing instruments, Engineering Dynamics is proud to announce the portable X Balancer+ (XB+) which is a significant upgrade on its predecessor. Like the original, The XB+ is designed for all rotating machines, including pumps, fans, mills, mowers, stirrers, blowers, etc. It can be used for balancing in accordance with international ISO Standards and can perform balancing in one or two planes. The XB+ comes with a host of significant new features and improvements, particularly to its hardware. The device is now equipped with the latest Cortex processor and has more RAM compared to the former X Balancer. This makes the balancing process extremely fast and accurate. You are also able to measure from 18 to 180,000 RPM for balancing in any amplitude from 1mV up to 5,000mV RMS – a huge difference compared to the previous model. New X Balance+Bluetooth communication has been improved, and the unit works both with Windows and Android operating systems. The vibration spectrum frequency has been extended from 1 – 12,800 Hz in different ranges, with a measurement time of around 8 seconds for both channels concurrently. This is compared to the 10 – 1,000 Hz of its predecessor, which had a measurement time of 60 seconds. The level of detail in the analysis varies, with resolutions ranging from 0.5 Hz to a maximum of 1 Hz. The resonance test (coast down) has three ranges from a low of 30 RPM to an incredible 180,000 RPM, with improved resolution. The XB+ now boasts a laser tacho sensor but works with the old LED one as well. It comes with all necessary cables and sensors to perform balancing and all standard rotors are available in its software, which simplifies implementation. The unit’s extended battery life allows it to be used continuously throughout the entire day. Balancing results can easily be reported, and there’s a 12 month warranty. It is also able to be updated remotely.. The device is easy to use but Engineering Dynamics boasts all the necessary expertise to train users on the hand-unit’s capabilities as well as the rotor balancing itself, if you are new to the field. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a reliable and efficient rotor balancing device that can handle all your needs, look no further than the X Balancer+ available from Engineering Dynamics today.
